By accessing lobomantis.com or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree, do not use the site or place orders. These Terms apply to every visitor and customer, whether or not you create an account.

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.

By ordering, you represent that you are 18 or older and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. Orders placed on behalf of a minor must be made by a parent or legal guardian.

Lobo Mantis sells live, captive-bred praying mantises. Orders are subject to:

• Our Shipping & Live Arrival Guarantee policy, which governs delivery, weather holds, and DOA claims.
• Our Returns & Refunds policy, which governs cancellations and what is and isn't covered.
• Federal and state regulations on live invertebrate commerce.

You are responsible for confirming that keeping a mantis is legal in your jurisdiction before ordering. We ship only to the 48 contiguous U.S. states.

Prices and availability are listed in real time on each variant page, and quantities reflect actual live stock.

We reserve the right to cancel an order if pricing or availability has materially changed due to an error. If we cancel for this reason, you'll be refunded in full to your original payment method.

Payments are processed through Snipcart and the payment processors they use.

We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers. By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge the agreed amount, including any applicable shipping and taxes shown at checkout.

Lobo Mantis is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the site or any product purchased through it.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the item in question. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may update these Terms periodically.

Material changes will be announced on the site, and continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. The version in effect when you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
